What's included

If it's still connected, we'll verify it's been properly shut down — water off, power off or gas off — and handle final disconnection of the simple fittings; active gas line work belongs to your plumber, and we'll say so plainly if we see it. Then it's dolly, truck, done. Expansion tanks, old fittings, and the replaced pressure valve ride along free of fuss.

Drained matters

A 50-gallon tank holds over 400 pounds of water. We'll drain on site if needed, but if your plumber already drained it, the carry is faster and your floors stay drier — worth requesting during the swap.
