These terms apply when you request an estimate or book service with Nimble Junk Removal in Palm Beach County, Florida. Using the website or booking a pickup means you agree to them.
Estimates and pricing
- Online estimates and calculator figures are non-binding ballparks. Your exact price is confirmed in person before any work begins — you approve it, or you owe nothing.
- Single-item “starting at” prices reflect standard conditions; unusual access, weight, or disassembly can change the confirmed price (always before work starts).
- Payment is due when the job is complete.
What we can't take
We cannot accept hazardous materials — wet paint, solvents, gasoline and other fuels, propane tanks, pool chemicals, asbestos, and similar items. We'll point you to the county's disposal options for anything we have to leave behind.
Removed items
Items become the property of Nimble Junk Removal once loaded on our truck. Where items are suitable, we donate or recycle them — see how disposal works. Double-check drawers, pockets, and boxes before we load; we can't guarantee recovery of items after removal.
Scheduling and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel a pickup at no charge by phone or through your account before the crew is dispatched. If we can't access the property during your window, we'll contact you to rebook.
Property access and safety
You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items we remove and to give us access to the property. Our crews are licensed, insured, and background-checked; if anything is damaged during a job, tell us right away so we can make it right.
Website use
Site content belongs to Nimble Junk Removal. Don't misuse the site (scraping, attempting to access other customers' data, or interfering with its operation).
Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
