Shed Demolition
Old sheds torn down and removed, debris included.
Florida is hard on sheds. Sun cooks the roof panels, humidity rots the sills, and one good storm racks the frame — and suddenly the shed is less "storage" and more "liability with a door." Nimble tears down wood, metal, and plastic sheds and hauls away every scrap in the same visit, so the corner of the yard comes back in an afternoon.
What's included
Full teardown and full cleanup: we empty the contents first (haul, donate, or set aside — your call on each pile), demolish the structure safely, pull the floor if there is one, haul all debris including fasteners and roofing, and rake the footprint. Concrete pads can be quoted as part of the same visit if you want the slab gone too.
How it works
- Photos first. Send a couple of shots of the shed and what's inside through the quote form.
- Free firm estimate. Sheds are quoted as a flat project — size, material, and contents set the price, and you approve it before anything happens.
- Demo day. Most single sheds come down and leave in two to four hours.
- Walkthrough. You check the cleared footprint before we go.
How pricing works
Demolition projects are always quoted as a free, firm estimate rather than menu pricing — a rotted 8x10 resin shed and a 12x20 workshop with a loft are different jobs. The number you approve includes teardown, all debris, and disposal. If you've also got a hot tub, fence section, or garage pile, bundle it into the same estimate; one truck visit beats three.
Where the debris goes
Metal panels and framing go to recycling — old aluminum sheds are nearly 100% recyclable. Usable contents (tools, mowers, bikes) can be donated with a receipt emailed to you. Wood and roofing go to licensed disposal.
Common questions
Does the shed need to be empty? No — emptying it is part of the job, and honestly it's usually the part people dread most.
Can you take down a shed that's already collapsed? Yes, and please don't go in there. Collapsed structures are exactly when to call us.
Do you handle permits? Most residential shed removals don't require one, but rules vary by city — we'll flag it if your job looks like an exception.
